P.JOHNSON PACKAGING
P. Johnson, a men's and women's custom tailor and clothier established in Sydney in 2009. With showrooms in New York, London, Sydney, Melbourne and their own atelier in Tuscany.
P. Johnson’s dedication for beautiful clothes helps their clients build elegant and concise wardrobes. In doing so, they are able to achieve a waste free and low impact environmental footprint in both their business and their customer’s wardrobes.
Working with the team at TRiC studio, we developed and produced their packaging range. The range includes paper carry bags, gusseted envelopes and a selection of boxes to house footwear, ties and scarves.
We produced a series of boxes and a paper bag to house P.Johnson footwear, ties and silk scarves.
Structurally designed from 2mm box board, wrapped in an uncoated textured 120gsm paper with a branded spot UV logo. The internal of the box is lined with a 250gsm black paper.
The paper bag was produced from a 250gsm uncoated paper, spot UV printed logo, paired with a woven paper, flat ribbon handles making the paper bag fully recyclable.
The large gusseted envelope was designed to be versatile, to package one to three shirts. This was achieved with the use of creases, and additional tab lock with a blind embossed P icon
Along with the structured boxes, two envelopes were produced for shirts and neckties.
The smaller neck tie envelope also features a slim gusset and tab lock closure with blind embossed P icon.
Both envelopes were crafted from an uncoated textural paper in off white with a front contrast logo print.
