This festive season, Melbourne Central transforms the Shot Tower with another fun artist installation and gift shop featuring the vibrant works of Craig & Karl. Hailing from New York and London, this creative duo is celebrated for their bold, colourful patterns and multidisciplinary art, showcased in leading galleries and iconic spaces worldwide and a portfolio that includes collaborations with brands like LVMH, Nike, Apple, and Tate Modern.
Partnering with Dot Dot Dash, we brought Craig & Karl’s whimsical characters into the gift shop, producing merch that captures their vibrant energy. From concept to creation, this collection perfectly compliments the festive fun at Melbourne Central.

We created a 12oz denim tote bag featuring two unique iron-on transfer characters designed by Craig & Karl.
This versatile and practical bag includes an internal slip pocket for easy organisation and an exterior D-ring, perfect for clipping on keychains, toys, or keys.
This collection includes four plush toy bag charms, designed after the inflatable characters and equipped with silver clip hooks and chain links for easy use.
At Melbourne Central, shoppers had the chance to trade their receipts for credits to use at the pop-up gift shop.
These playful keychains were dispensed from a gachapon vending machine and are perfect for accessorizing bags, keys, or other items.

A summer style bucket hat was produced in a denim fabric, featuring an embroidered squiggle character using a tatami style stich.
An artist t-shirt is the heart of any merch collection. For this design, we customised Contain blank t-shirts with satin tatami stitch embroidery on the front chest, finished with a custom woven hem tag and swing tag for a cohesive, premium touch.
