D.O.C piZZA PACKAGING
DOC Group, renowned for their artisanal pizza across Melbourne and Sydney, comprising of a group of establishments, including pizza, delicatessen, and cafe, offering an array of Italian culinary delights to the discerning taste buds of Melbourne's foodies.
The delicatessen and cafe offer a range of Italian antipasti, cured meats, cheeses, and other gourmet products and take home pantry items.
As part of our collaboration with the DOC Delicatessen, we designed and produced their heat-at-home pizza packaging
Drawing inspiration from the pattern elements of the D.O.C brand we utilised the illustration with a minimal typographic layout.

The task was to create packaging for four pizza flavours that would be stocked at the D.O.C Delicatessan.
The heat-at-home pizza packaging was produced from a flexible packaging which allows the product to be vacuum sealed for longer shelf life.
Utilising D.O.C branding elements to create a clean and modern design that would not only showcase their brand but also highlight the delicious pizzas inside.
To minimise the additional need for a carry bag, we desinged a diecut handle into the packaging, making it easy for customers to hold the product and transport.
An additional notch was also added to the handle to be utilised for hangsell in-store.
A tear-away tab was also included in the die-line design, making it easy to open from packet to oven.
